Job Snapshot We're looking for an experienced SME IT Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team in Pune. In this role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert and ultimate technical escalation point for our global endpoint environments and identity platforms. You will design, secure, and optimize our workplace tech stack, ensuring a highly resilient, modern, and automated internal IT ecosystem for all Mindtickle employees worldwide.
