One email address, read by the person who maintains this site. There is no form here, because there is no server behind this site to receive one.
That link opens your own mail client. Nothing is submitted through this page, and no contact details are stored anywhere on this site.
What to write about
- A company in the wrong area. Areas are assigned by hand from a curated list, so this is exactly the kind of error worth reporting. Send the company and the correct area, and a link if you have one.
- A missing startup. If a Pune startup should be tracked here, send its name and careers page URL. Companies with a public feed from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters or Recruitee can be added with live roles; the rest can be listed with a careers link only.
- A role that should not be here. Filled, withdrawn, never in Pune, posted by mistake. Send the page URL.
- A removal or takedown request. See below.
- A listing that looks like a scam. Anything asking a candidate for money to apply. Send the URL and it comes down while it is checked, not after.
- Anything factually wrong on any page. Including this one.
Removals and takedowns
If you are the employer, or you act for them, and you want a job listing or an entire company page removed from this site, that request is honoured. No argument, no form, no justification needed.
Include the page URL or the company name, and say whether you want a single role removed or the company excluded from the index entirely. An exclusion is permanent: the company is added to a do-not-crawl list, so it does not reappear the next time its feed is read.
Removal requests are dealt with before anything else in the inbox. The listing is taken out at the next build, which runs every six hours. If a request is urgent, say so in the subject line and the build can be triggered immediately.
How long a reply takes
This site is maintained by one person alongside other work. Removal and scam reports are handled within a day or two. Corrections and additions are usually read within a few days and applied in a batch, because most of them mean editing the curated company list rather than replying to an email. Every message is read; not every message gets a reply.
Once a fix lands in the data, the site picks it up at the next scheduled build, within six hours.
What this address is not for
- Applications. We do not accept CVs, and one sent here will not reach any employer. Apply on the company's own site, through the apply button on the role's page.
- Job-hunt help. No referrals, no introductions, no interview coaching. This is an index, not a placement service.
- Paid placement. Listings cannot be bought, promoted or ranked higher. There is no price, so please do not ask for one.
- Guest posts, link exchanges and SEO offers. These are deleted unread.
